1. What we collect

• What you send us: when you fill in the quote form, text us, call us or email us, we receive your name, phone number, email address, property address, the seasons you are interested in, property type, number of stories, and any notes or photos you share.
• Basic visit data: our website uses Google Analytics to count visits, pages viewed, and clicks on our text, call and email links. Google may use cookies for this. We ask it to anonymize IP addresses. We also keep the page you were on and, if present, the campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source) so we know which marketing is working.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your request, schedule a visit or video walkthrough, prepare a quote and do the work.
• To send you service messages about your job, such as confirmations, reminders and follow-ups.
• To understand which pages and offers bring in customers, so we can improve the website.
• To contact you about future seasons if you have asked us to. You can opt out at any time.

3. Text messages

If you check the text-message box on our form or text us first, you agree that we may text you about your quote and service at the number you gave us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. We do not share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, and only as needed:

• Website hosting: Vercel hosts this website and processes the quote form.
• Email delivery: Resend sends our quote alerts and auto-replies, and our email is hosted by Proton.
• Customer records and scheduling: GoHighLevel stores contacts, appointments and job progress.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, as described above.
• Payments: if you pay a deposit online, the payment provider handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Legal reasons: if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety.

5. Cookies

Our own pages do not set tracking cookies. Google Analytics may set cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on, and the website will still work.

6. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, handle warranty or return visits, keep tax and business records, and settle any dispute. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

7. Security

We use reputable, encrypted services and limit who can see your information. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
• Opt out of marketing messages at any time: reply STOP to a text or tell us by email.
• Our website is for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
